A hundred and fifty years old farm house, sitting in complete disarray, water damage from Sandy, no hot or cold water running and an electrical system since 1920. The house was definitely waiting for someone to love it.

Wanting to keep the integrity of this property, as being one of the oldest homes in the North Fork area, we started the design process.

Getting to work, realizing the interior could be more Soho in style and the outside could keep the charming of the exterior. The entire house needed a complete face lift. From heating to electrical, all water system needed to be ecological state of the art and all windows were replaced. The back of the house, with incredible views, were replaced by metal French doors.

We kept a few terrific items, glass tile bars from 1910 and original claw tub re glazed. The house is still in progress, outside landscaping and terracing is going on.
