Young, good looking, power couple from New York City moved to the suburbs with their two children.

Bringing their chic contemporary taste with them, they needed to recreate a little bit of the city feeling. The original style of the house, Dutch Colonial,

was updated and kept the tradition of the area. The inside, was a free for all.

​

New York style took over the interior, new palette, grays and black with a dash of my client favorite color, red.

​

A combination of wonderful materials enhanced all the rooms with stone, woods, steel and luxury fabrics. All furniture was custom made as well as kitchen cabinetry, which was designed for their required needs. A special play room in the basement was created for the young children.

The result was harmonious living for all.
