One of the oldest factory buildings off the West Side Highway is now the home to many uptown families.

​Taking the queue from this fabulous space, the design came quickly.

Chic but simple furniture, luxury fabrics, steel, glass and marble was the theme throughout the main room.

Custom designed fixtures plus cove lighting, gave great drama to the double height ceilings.

​

Wire and steel railings kept an open view of the whole space.

​

This project is still in progress and it will be shortly completed.
