Our NYC client needed a newly renovated bathroom with a contemporary look. MSD received permission for a LAA rather than DOB.

 

The wave pattern on the walls and white porcelain flooring were selected to show a dynamic and refreshing look to the bathroom. 

 

A neutral color palette enabled the bathroom to be calm and emphasized the texture throughout the tiles.

 

Recessed cabinets provide additional lighting for daily needs.
